We understand that it can be frustrating to find ID documents and take selfies, and we want our users to be able to enjoy the smoothest experience possible on Freecash. However, we cannot legally make payments to any users before verifying their ID.
Specifically, we need to ensure that users are at least 16 years old and from the region they claim in their Freecash profile, and reserve the right to withhold withdrawals until we have proof.
Per our Terms of Service (§ 9 ¶ 1):
Almedia reserves the right to verify your identity to our complete satisfaction prior to crediting or allowing redemption of any Rewards, issuing or delivering any Redemption Prizes in any Rewards Program, or otherwise providing you with access to or any benefit associated with the Website and features, or your Account.
