We no longer send emails to users prompting them to begin the verification process, which is a requirement to make your first withdrawal. Instead, we now push notifications to users' on Freecash.
If your account needs to undergo the verification process, you will receive the following notification on your profile page:
Simply press 'Proceed to verify'. You will need some form of government-issued ID and a working camera.
