Withdrawing your Freecash earnings via bank transfer is simple:
- Go to the Freecash Cashout page.
- Select 'Bank Transfer'.
- Enter your email address and tick the confirmation box.
- Press the green 'Withdraw' button.
- Open the email from Tremendous and enter your bank details to complete the withdrawal.
Detailed instructions below.
1. Go to the Cashout Page
You can find the Cashout page at any time — simply click on the button that displays your account funds, which is shown in the top-right corner on desktop and at the top of the page on mobile.
2. Select 'Bank Transfer'
From the list of withdrawal methods, select Bank Transfer, which can be found in the 'Most Popular' section.
3. Enter Your Email Address
In the Bank Transfer pop-up window, enter the email address you would like Tremendous to contact you on. This does not need to match the email you used to sign up to Freecash.
Tick the confirmation box to confirm you understand that a 5% withdrawal fee applies and that your withdrawal is non-refundable.
4. Press the 'Withdraw' Button
Press the green 'Withdraw' button to submit your request.
If you have not verified your account, you might be redirected to complete that process at this stage. You will need a government-issued ID and a working camera.
5. Wait for the Processing Hold to Clear
Every withdrawal goes through a standard security hold before funds are released. Once it clears, you will receive a "Withdrawal Sent" notification in your Freecash notification bell.
6. Open the Email from Tremendous and Enter Your Bank Details
Once the hold clears, Tremendous will send an email to the address you entered. Open it and follow the link to enter your bank details:
- Account holder name
- Routing number (you will be asked to enter this twice)
- Account number (you will be asked to enter this twice)
- Account type — Checking or Savings
Make sure you enter your ACH routing number, which is used for electronic transfers. Do not use your ABA routing number, which is for paper and check transfers. Please confirm with your bank which routing number to use — an incorrect number will result in a failed withdrawal.
Once submitted, Tremendous will send a follow-up email confirming the estimated arrival date of your funds. Bank transfers take 2–4 business days to be processed.
Note: You can only use bank transfer to withdraw your earnings if you are based in the US. We hope to roll out this withdrawal method to more regions soon.
