Refund Policy Overview
All instant cashback gift card purchases on Freecash are final and non-refundable. Once a gift card has been purchased and the code is made available, the transaction cannot be reversed, refunded, exchanged, or converted back into a Freecash balance.
This policy applies to all gift cards, including unused, partially used, or mistakenly purchased cards. If you experience a technical issue where a gift card code is confirmed by the store to be invalid and cannot be resolved, you may contact Freecash support with your purchase details for further review.
