If you completed an offer but didn't receive your reward, submitting a support ticket lets our team manually review the issue.

This guide covers what happens during the review process and what a rejected ticket means.

Understand Why Your Offer May Not Have Credited

Most offers credit automatically once you complete the required steps. If a reward doesn't appear, the offer likely didn't track correctly.

Common reasons include using a VPN, having ad blockers active, not being a first-time user of the app or service, or switching devices mid-offer.

Before opening a ticket, check our offer tracking guide to confirm all requirements were met.

See What Happens After You Submit a Ticket

Once you submit a support ticket, it enters the manual review queue. Our team typically resolves tickets within 15 days.

During that time, the team reviews your submitted screenshots, checks tracking data from offer partners, and confirms whether the completion can be validated.

You can check your ticket status in the Your Offer Tickets section of your profile. Tickets appear with one of three statuses:

  • Awaiting Support — your ticket is in the review queue.
  • Accepted — your reward has been approved and added to your balance.
  • Declined — the review team could not approve the request.

Find Out Why Your Ticket Was Declined

Rejections happen when the review team cannot verify a completion using the available evidence and partner data. Strict validation standards keep rewards fair for everyone.

Most declined tickets fall into one of these categories:

Tracking or Validation Could Not Be Confirmed

Even if you completed the task, the team may be unable to verify it using the tracking data received from partners.

Evidence Was Inconclusive

The screenshots or information provided may not meet the requirements needed to approve the reward.

System Protection Flags

Our systems monitor for patterns that may indicate offer misuse. When a submission triggers these safeguards, the ticket cannot be approved. For security reasons, we don't share technical details about these protections.

What Can You Do About a Rejected Ticket?

Decisions made by the Ticket Review Team are final. Submitting multiple tickets for the same offer won't change the outcome and slows down reviews for other users.

Live Chat agents cannot override decisions made by the specialized review team.
