Freecash.com "Invite-a-Friend" Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 24, 2025

By participating in the Freecash.com Invite-a-Friend Program ("Program"), you ("Referrer") agree to these terms & conditions ("Program Terms").

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate as a Referrer:

• You must have an active Freecash.com account
• Your account must be registered in one of these countries:
• • Australia
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • South Korea
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

To receive rewards:

• Referred users must reside in one of the eligible countries listed above
• You must share your unique referral link from your account dashboard

2. Referral Rewards

Rewards are issued only for valid activities of new users who sign up using your referral link.

You receive rewards when a referred friend ("Referred User") completes these actions:

• First Reward: Credited when Referred User:
  • Signs up through your link
  • Installs their first offer using Freecash.com
• Second Reward: Credited upon Referred User's first successful withdrawal

Note: Reward amounts and types may vary.

3. Reward Verification & Fraud Prevention

Rewards are not credited immediately. Freecash.com reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards for suspected fraud, including:

• Self-referrals or duplicate accounts
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools
• Any other program abuse attempts

4. Program Violations & Appeals

We may block or disqualify users for:

• Violating affiliate policies
• Violating Program Terms
• Violating Freecash.com's general Terms of Service

Blocked users can appeal via:

• On-site chatbot
• Email: [email protected]
• Website online chat

5. Referrer Obligations

You agree to:

• Share referral links ethically and lawfully
• Avoid misleading claims or deceptive marketing
• Comply with all applicable laws (FTC, GDPR, etc.)
• Not use VPNs/proxies to circumvent restrictions

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Deceptively incentivize sign-ups
• Impersonate Freecash.com or misuse branding
• Engage in brand-damaging behavior

7. Relationship of Parties

Program participation does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Freecash.com.

8. Termination of Participation

Freecash.com may terminate your participation at any time for violations, resulting in forfeiture of pending or future rewards.

9. Liability & Indemnification

You agree to:

• Indemnify Freecash.com against claims arising from your participation
• Not initiate legal action against Freecash.com for program-related disputes

10. Modifications

Freecash.com reserves the right, at any time, to:

• Modify or terminate the Program
• Change these Program Terms 

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law

These Program Terms are governed by German law, except where mandatory local consumer protection or regulatory laws in the user’s country of residence require otherwise.
