Freecash.com “Invite-a-Friend” Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 7, 2025

By participating in the Freecash.com Invite-a-Friend Program ("Program"), you ("Referrer") agree to these terms & conditions ("Program Terms").

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

in order to participate you must have an active Freecash.com account registered in one of the following countries: US, UK, Canada, Germany, and France. You can share your unique referral link provided within your account dashboard.

2. Referral Rewards

Affiliate rewards are issued only for the valid activities of new users who sign up using your affiliate link.

You will receive a reward when a friend ("Referred User") completes certain actions, including but not limited to the following:

  • First Reward: Credited when the Referred User signs up and installs their first offer using Freecash.com.
  • Second Reward: Credited upon the referred friend's first successful withdrawal.

Please note: The amounts of rewards and overall reward types in the program can vary.

3. Reward Verification & Fraud Prevention

Rewards are not credited immediately. Freecash.com reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, including but not limited to:

  • Self-referrals or creating duplicate accounts.
  • Use of VPN, proxies, or other similar or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempts to abuse the Program in any other way.

4. Program Violations & Appeals

We reserve the right to block or disqualify users from participating in the Program if they are suspected of violating affiliate policies, Program Terms or Freecash.com's general terms of service. Blocked users can appeal this decision via the on-site chatbot or by contacting our support team via email [email protected] or using an online chat on the website.

5. Referrer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Share your referral link ethically and lawfully.
  • Avoid misleading claims or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC, GDPR, and local regulations.
  • Not use VPNs or proxies to manipulate or circumvent geographic restrictions or eligibility requirements.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Incentivize sign-ups deceptively or fraudulently.
  • Impersonate Freecash.com or misuse its brand or trademarks without explicit consent.
  • Engage in any behavior that may damage Freecash.com's brand or reputation.

7. Relationship of Parties

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Freecash.com.

8. Termination of Participation

Freecash.com may terminate your participation at any time for violation of these Program Terms, resulting in forfeiture of pending or future rewards.

9. Liability, Indemnification & Limitation of Action

You agree to indemnify and hold Freecash.com harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Program. You expressly agree that you will not initiate or participate in legal action against Freecash.com for any disputes related to your participation or rewards in the Program.

10. Modifications

Freecash.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program or these Program Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction within the US, UK, Canada, Germany or France.
