Freecash Partner Advertising Guidelines
Last updated: May 2026
These guidelines apply to all partners promoting Freecash through any channel, platform, or format. By participating in the Freecash affiliate program, you confirm that all your promotional activities comply with these standards.
What Freecash Is
Freecash is a rewards platform where users earn money by completing tasks — including playing games, taking surveys, testing apps, and completing offers. Users can withdraw earnings via PayPal, crypto, gift cards, and bank transfer.
This is the only accurate description of the product. All promotional content must accurately reflect Freecash's actual product experience, functionality, payout mechanics, and current offering.
What You Can Say
- "Earn real money by completing tasks on Freecash"
- "Get paid to play games and take surveys"
- "Cash out via PayPal, crypto, or gift cards"
- "Sign up for free and start earning"
- "Freecash has paid out $50M+ to users worldwide"
- "4.7/5 on Trustpilot from 270,000+ reviews"
These examples are illustrative only. Any factual claim may be used only to the extent it is true and up-to-date at the time of publication. Outdated, expired, stale, or no-longer-verifiable claims must not be used.
What Is Strictly Prohibited
The following claims are prohibited regardless of platform, format, or language:
- Stating or implying users are paid to scroll, browse, or watch content on any third-party platform (e.g. "get paid to scroll TikTok", "get paid to scroll", "get paid to watch YouTube")
- Referencing specific earnings figures or hourly rates not guaranteed by the platform (e.g. "$35/hour", "earn $500 a day", "make $1000 this week")
- Using logos, brand names, or visual identity of third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Amazon, etc.) without explicit written permission from both Freecash and the respective platform
- Implying that any third-party company, platform, or employer is hiring users or paying them directly
- Claiming instant, guaranteed, or passive payouts without clearly stating applicable terms and conditions
- Using fabricated testimonials, fake income screenshots, or unverified earnings claims
- Any content that misrepresents the nature, effort, or time required to earn rewards on Freecash
- Disguising paid promotional content as organic or editorial content without proper disclosure
- Targeting vulnerable situations or audiences. Content must not depict, reference, or exploit situations of financial hardship, emotional distress, or personal vulnerability to promote Freecash. This includes but is not limited to: implying users were unable to afford food, rent, or basic necessities before using Freecash; featuring individuals in financial crisis, emotional distress, or desperate circumstances; using imagery or narratives involving children, infants, or dependants in the context of financial need; and targeting or appealing to audiences based on their financial vulnerability. Freecash is a rewards platform — not a financial rescue product — and must not be presented as such.
- Presenting Freecash as a replacement for employment. Content must not imply that Freecash replaces, substitutes for, or is comparable to a job or primary source of income. This includes but is not limited to: suggesting users can quit their job because of Freecash; implying Freecash earnings are sufficient to cover living expenses such as rent, bills, or groceries; and framing Freecash as an alternative to employment for any audience.
These examples are illustrative only. Any factual claim may be used only to the extent it is true and up-to-date at the time of publication.
Disclosure Requirements
All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules, e.g. FTC guidelines. This includes videos, posts, stories, and any other format.
Review, Takedown, and Cooperation
Freecash may request copies, links, screenshots, ad IDs, account details, landing pages, source files, and traffic-source information relating to any promotional activity at any time. Partners must provide such information without delay.
If Freecash identifies content that it believes is non-compliant or potentially non-compliant, the partner must immediately pause, remove, or correct that content and in any event no later than the timeline specified by Freecash.
Partners must retain records of promotional materials, approvals, and traffic sources for a reasonable period and provide them to Freecash on request.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines will result in:
- Immediate termination of your affiliate account
- Forfeiture of pending commissions
- Chargeback of commissions earned through non-compliant traffic
Freecash actively monitors partner content and reserves the right to act on violations identified at any time. Freecash may also contact platforms, publishers, networks, creators, and other relevant counterparties directly in connection with any suspected violation.
Responsibilities
Each partner is fully responsible for all persons and entities used by it to promote Freecash, including agencies, media buyers, creators, influencers, sub-affiliates, affiliate networks, publishers, and contractors. The partner must ensure that all such persons comply with these guidelines and remains fully liable for any breach by them.
Questions
If you're unsure whether a creative approach is compliant, contact your partner manager before publishing. We'd rather review it in advance than terminate after the fact.
