How Can I Report Other Users for Breaking the Chat Rules?

If you suspect another user has broken our on-site chat rules, please report them by email or live chat. Our Support Team investigate every report, and if necessary, punish offenders. 

Please include a screenshot of the message you're reporting, which helps us to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. 

For security reasons, we do not provide updates to users who make reports. But rest assured, if our rules have been broken, we will take action.
