Users can request for their Freecash data to be deleted by contacting the Freecash Support Team in one of the following ways:

Freecash is owned by Almedia GmbH, a German based company and therefore we follow European GDPR regulations.
Requests via Chat
To delete your personal data, you'll need to chat with a human agent. Our chatbot is trained to direct you to a human agent if you ask to delete your data. We only process data deletion requests made through direct human interaction.
Requests via Email
Please send an email to us at our Support email address - support@freecash.com.
Your email should include the Subject “Data Deletion Request” and your Freecash User ID.

How long will it take for my Data to be deleted?
We will process this request within 30 days of receipt, in compliance with GDPR.
