- Starting a live chat with a human agent
- Emailing our Support team at [email protected]
Freecash is owned by Almedia GmbH, a Germany-based company. As such, we comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Requesting Data Deletion via Chat
To delete your data via chat, you must speak directly with a human agent. Our chatbot can guide you to an agent if you request data deletion, but only human agents can process your request.
Requesting Data Deletion via Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
Be sure to include your Freecash User ID in the message.
How Long Does It Take?
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, as required by GDPR.
