If you have not been credited for a Freecash Exclusive Offer (i.e. an Offer we at Freecash provide), you can open a ticket with the Freecash Support Team. To create a support ticket, simply follow these steps:

Log In to Your Account: Access your Freecash account and navigate to your profile page.

Check Earnings in Progress: Locate the "Earnings in Progress" section on your profile page.

View All Offers

Find the Missing Offer

Open a Support Ticket (Click the green "Support Ticket" icon next to the uncredited offer.)

Tick the Offer Box & Confirm

Provide Details & Evidence: Date of completion, screenshots as proof (e.g., offer completion), and any additional comments you think would be helpful.

Submit Your Request: Once all details are entered, click "Submit." You’ll receive a notification confirming the ticket has been created.
