Before opening a support ticket, make sure the offer is actually provided by Freecash. You can check who provides the offer by viewing the offer description on the offer page:
It can take up to 72 hours for any offer to be credited. This delay is normal, as data is shared between partners in the process. Do not open a support ticket unless 72 hours have passed since completion.
How to Open a Freecash Support Ticket
If 72 hours have passed, and you still haven't been credited for a Freecash offer, follow these steps to open a support ticket:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to My Profile
- Select Started Offers
- On PC, choose list view
- Find the uncredited offer
- Open a support ticket by clicking the green "Support Ticket" icon next to the uncredited offer
- Tick the uncredited offer box and confirm
- Provide details and evidence:
- Date of completion
- Screenshot evidence (e.g., proof of offer completion)
- Any additional comments that might help
- Click "Submit" to create your request. You’ll receive a notification confirming the ticket has been created.
Why is the Support Ticket Button Grayed Out?
The option to open a support ticket is only available after 72 hours. If the button is greyed out, you’ll need to wait until the 3-day window has passed since you started the offer.
