How to Submit a Screen Recording for Support

When you submit a support ticket for an offer issue, a screen recording gives our team the clearest picture of your progress. It shows the full journey from your Freecash profile through to the game, making it much easier for us to verify your activity and credit your account.

The steps below cover both how to start a screen recording on your device and exactly what to show during the recording.

iOS

Enable Screen Recording

If you've recorded your screen before, you can skip this step. If not, you'll need to add the Screen Recording button to your Control Center first.

1. Open Settings and tap Control Center.
2. Scroll down and tap the + button next to Screen Recording.

Record the Journey

1. Start recording. Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center. Tap the Screen Recording button and wait for the three-second countdown. Begin your recording on your Freecash Profile page.
2. Show your ID. Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner so your Freecash ID is clearly visible on screen.
3. Select the offer. Navigate back and tap on the specific offer you're inquiring about.
4. View the task. Scroll down the offer page to clearly show the task requirements.
5. Launch the app. Tap the green Play button. This will redirect you to the App Store.
6. Open the game. From the App Store, tap Open to launch the game.
7. Show your progress. Within the game, navigate to the screen showing your current level or the specific task related to your offer.
8. Verify your account. Show your in-game player details. These are usually found in the game's settings or profile menu.
9. Finish. Stop the recording by opening Control Center and tapping the red Screen Recording button, then tap Stop. Your recording saves to your Photos.

Android

Enable Screen Recorder

You can use your phone's built-in screen recorder or any reputable recording app from the Play Store.

1. Swipe down twice from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings.
2. Tap Screen record. If you don't see it, tap Edit and drag Screen record into your Quick Settings.

Record the Journey

1. Start recording. From your Freecash Profile page, open Quick Settings, tap Screen record, choose your recording options, and tap Start. Recording begins after the countdown.
2. Show your ID. Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner so your Freecash ID is visible on screen.
3. Select the offer. Navigate back and tap on the specific offer you're inquiring about.
4. View the task. Scroll down the offer page to show the task details.
5. Launch the app. Tap the green Play and Earn button. This will redirect you to the Google Play Store.
6. Open the game. From the Play Store, tap Play to launch the game.
7. Show your progress. Once the game loads, show your current level or task status relevant to your offer.
8. Verify your account. Navigate to your in-game player profile or settings to show your user details.
9. Finish. Swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the Screen recorder notification to stop. Your recording saves to your gallery.

How to Submit Your Recording

Once you have your recording, open your support ticket on Freecash and upload the file directly using the upload button in the evidence field.
