Why Did an Offer Disappear from My Offers or the Earn Page?

An offer usually disappears for one of three reasons: the game didn't confirm your install, the offer ended, or it's no longer available to you. It can feel like the offer was taken away mid-game, so here's how to tell which one happened and what to do about it.

The Game Didn't Confirm Your Install

When you tap an offer, it's added to My Offers straight away. The game then has to confirm that you installed it through Freecash, and if that confirmation never arrives, the offer drops off your list.

This happens most often when the game has been on your device before, because game offers only count first-time installs. Our guide to fixing first-install tracking covers the other usual causes, like tracking being switched off or a VPN running in the background.

The Offer Ended or Expired

Offers don't run forever. Once an offer reaches its end date or its time limit, it leaves My Offers. You can check an offer's time limit in its description, under More Info, before you start.

The Offer Is No Longer Available

Sometimes the company behind a game stops its offer, or the offer stops being available in your country. When that happens, it leaves the Earn page, and if you open it from somewhere else you'll see Offer no longer available.

What to Do If You Were Already Playing

If you'd already made progress, contact our Support Team on live chat. On desktop, press the green button in the bottom-right corner. On mobile, open the sidebar, select Chat, then press the headset button in the top-right corner.

Have these ready so the team can check your case:

  • the offer's name
  • the date you started it
  • screenshots of your progress in the game, like the level you reached

Each case is looked at on its own, and proof of your progress is what the team needs to do that. Our guide to the evidence support asks for has more detail.

If you'd already opened a support ticket for the offer, it stays in the Offer Tickets section of your profile, even after the offer's gone.
