If you are having issues with a cashback offer, our support team is available around the clock to help. Our cashback support ticket system works a little differently from some other offer types, because we often need extra information to approve or disapprove offers on behalf of our partners.
To get help, you will need to open a support ticket for the specific offer and complete two simple steps.
Create a Support Ticket on Freecash
Find the Cashback Offer
Start by navigating to your My Offers page. On mobile, you can find this in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. On desktop, the navigation bar is located at the top of the page.
Within the My Offers section, switch to the Cashback tab. Browse your list of cashback offers, locate the specific offer you are having trouble with, and open it to view more details.
Select the Transaction
Once the offer is open, select History to see your activity and transactions for that offer. Find the transaction you are having issues with.
Select 'Contact Support'
On the transaction in question, open it, and then click Contact support. A support form will appear.
Fill in the Support Ticket details and submit
Please fill in all requested details as accurately as possible, including any relevant notes about what went wrong, and submit the ticket.
Reply to Our Email to Confirm Submission
After creating your ticket, you will receive an email from our support system. This email is very important.
To allow our team to begin investigating, you must follow the link in the email to confirm your ticket, and if necessary, upload any relevant supporting documents. This can include screenshots, proof of completion, confirmation emails, or other evidence related to the cashback offer.
Providing clear information helps us review your case faster and make a fair decision on your cashback offer.
