Grenades in Counter-Strike Global Offensive go largely unignored by players in lower ranks. However, their importance can't be overlooked as players have already determined spots they need to throw their grenades in to get an advantage. If you're not in the same league, you'll find yourself on the shorter end of the stick and quickly overpowered in competitive matches.
We'll be going over the best nade training maps and methods in CSGO that you can use to manipulate the playing field.
Ever heard of Yesber? He's a dedicated CSGO creator and player who has made practice modes for some of the most played maps in Counter-Strike Global Offensive that allow you to practice various aspects of the game, which also includes, but is not limited to, nade training! They also serve as aim training maps.
In his list of various workshop maps, you'll find well-thought-out scenarios and visual cues in its training modes to help you improve. With Yprac workshop maps, you'll be able to train in the following aspects:
Best of all? When playing in Yprac maps, you'll be able to track your nade throws to see exactly where they land. This allows for easy readjusting for your next throw to determine how to correct yourself.

Once you've selected the workshop maps you'd like to practice on, you can jump into the game. Keep in mind that Yesber has made practice modes for all competitive maps that allow you to train on the aforementioned important aspects, including aim training as much as you like.
There are three chat commands that you can use to navigate between the training map, and/or to return to the lobby once you're done with a specific training mode.
You can practice your flash, Molotov, and smoke throws in Yprac's training maps. To select them, when you initially load up the map, shoot at either of the three nade training modes, and you'll be good to go!
Once you select a practice mode, you'll be thrown into the training map in different positions with a red spot on the ground that will instruct you where to stand. Red lines will be your reference point for aim training, showing you where to throw the grenade for the most value precisely.
Looks like you're already a pro! Nades are a huge part of CSGO, as your competition will consistently use them to give themselves an advantage while moving through the battlefield. Each map has various spots you can work with from both the terrorist's and counter-terrorists's perspectives.
It's essential to know all of these to up the ante. The best part? You can also use the above-mentioned workshop practice modes as aim training maps!
